Terms of Use

Effective July 25, 2026. These terms govern use of MonetAdvice and the Debt Payoff Planner.

Operator and acceptance

MonetAdvice is operated by Pavel Shareika, an individual established in Poland. By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Questions may be sent to support@monetadvice.com.

Educational information only

MonetAdvice provides general educational information and mathematical estimates. It does not provide personalized financial, legal, tax, investment, credit repair, or debt settlement advice and does not create a professional-client, lender-borrower, fiduciary, or agency relationship.

Calculator estimates

Results depend on the values you enter and the assumptions described in the Methodology. Actual lender calculations, fees, variable rates, payment allocation, billing dates, and account activity may differ. Verify important decisions against current statements and lender terms and seek qualified help when appropriate.

Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial evaluation of debt payoff scenarios. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at a rate that impairs availability, misrepresent calculator output, or use MonetAdvice branding to imply endorsement.

Intellectual property

Site design, original text, code, branding, and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. Limited quotations and links are permitted where lawful and properly attributed.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to third-party resources or future commercial partners. MonetAdvice does not control their availability, terms, privacy practices, underwriting, prices, or decisions. A link is not a guarantee or personalized endorsement.

Availability and warranties

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonetAdvice does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that an estimate will match a lender’s result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on an educational estimate. You remain responsible for checking inputs, lender terms, and decisions. Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liability remain unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Any jurisdiction clause is subject to mandatory consumer and conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

MonetAdvice may update these terms when features, business practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date will identify the latest substantive version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use, where permitted by law.
